We got information that an authorized reseller of Apple hardware is having a sale. Being fans of Apple, we rushed off to the sale for some accessories for our Apple products. Vic wanted to get additional memory for the Macbook. We ended up getting an external drive instead.
There were nice products on sale like the Altec Lansing dock for sale at less than 5 thousand. The Apple TV caught our attention also. But the price is quite hefty for something we do not plan to use that often. There are lots of accessories and peripherals for the iPod and Macbooks.
If you are interested, here is a list of products that are on sale. By the way, sale items must be paid in cash only.
Just a note of warning, the stretch of Sct Rallos is quite bumpy due to the road construction. I suggest passing through Sct Tobias instead. The office is just a few meters from the corner so the walk is quite manageable. Click here for the map.

As we were parking, we saw a place we've been looking for for the longest time. "Estrell's!" Vic and I exclaimed at the same time. I've heard so many good things about their Caramel cake.
I was welcomed by someone who asked "Ma'am, may reservation po kayo?" To which I answered, "Wala. Kailangan ba?"
It turns out that it is recommended to place one's order beforehand. However, they keep several pieces on stock for walk-in buyers like me. I ended up getting the whole Caramel cake (8-inches) since that is the smallest they have. The cake looks very dainty with the buttercream flowers at the center. Sadly, they can't tie up the cake box for ease of handling. I wonder why they can't cough up a few pesos for a few meters of straw. Nevertheless, I am excited to taste the cake. I just hope I won't get disappointed.

Risa, I agree the straw would have ruined the look. Something tied around the box for ease of handling would have sufficed.
Let me know how you find it. Baka sobrang na-excite lang ako, sobrang taas naman ng expectations ko. I will share the cake with the rest of my friends kasi they like it a lot.
