I was in GB4 yesterday to get FIL his Christmas present when I saw this I first heard about it from The Baghag's blog. She said that it was to take the spot occupied by Max Brenner. After several months of seeing the Chocolate Bar still in its place, I figured it was just a rumor. Then, last Wednesday, I read about it one magazine. On Thursday, it was there in front of me. Hay, as if naman may mabibili ako diyan. Window shopping lang ang kaya ng powers ko.

I've heard conflicting reviews about these establishments from different food bloggers. I'm so curious that I really want to try them for myself. These are not written in any order. Florabel Co's Crisostomo in Eastwood and Felix in GB Cara Mia for their Gelato cakes and Affogato M Cafe at the Ayala Museum Myron's Place for the Wagyu burgers Chelsea Cafe Stock Market People's Palace SALA restaurant La Cocina de Tita Moning's Bread and Butter Pudding and Chicken Relleno Lusso's Foie Gras Burger Astralis in Rockwell Pia y Damaso's desserts Bizu for the High Tea Yes, it is definitely a long list. Should we try one or two restos per month, Daddy? Mababaw lang naman kaligayahan ko.

A few days ago, I posted an entry about Givenchy shoes . Adora had them on display on the third floor. I didn't know that Adora carried the brand. Needless to say, I was amazed to see them in real life. The silver sandals first caught my eye. As I made my way deeper in to the store, I found that they had the other ones I like on display too. Pang- window dress-up sa boutiques pala ang taste ko =P Anyway, I didn't bother trying them on for fear of causing a thousand peso damage. The silver sandals is 49K and the other two cost 59K each. They were definitely lovely to look at, but scary to hold.

My long day started with a leisurely walk in Greenbelt with Lesley. She previously wanted to check out bags. But, we ended up looking at everything. The bags were nice but the ones I like wont be available till next week. I finally got the courage to try on the a pair of brown and blue/pink loafers I've been eying online since a year ago. It is on sale at the Greenbelt outlet. It was a 5000-peso drop from the original price. Thank God, they don't have a bigger pair. I would have ended up paying for it at zero interest for three months. Tod's is my ultimate travel shoe. I hope to own a pair someday. Hopefully, before my next major vacation. Hint! Hint! LOL ! After hours of looking around, we still have nothing new in our hands. We are so pathetic! --------------- We capped off our window shopping with a meal at the Travel Cafe. The concept of the resto is unique. But, the food was nothing to brag about. Les and I split up an order of vegetable spring rolls ...
