Cutty

I've always had this stash of beads. I used to tinker with them when I was on bed-rest with my first baby. I didn't have the nerve to sell them or give them out as gifts. I only wore those I made. Last week, there was an opportunity to earn. Vic's colleague loves necklaces. To me, that is an understatement. So, I tried my skill in creating necklaces. She got 4 out of 5 that I made. I'm quite happy and proud that what I made are actually sell-able. She'll be back next month, so I hope to create a new collection in time for her arrival. This has brought this skill to a new level.

We veered off our usual Sunday routine because of the new baby and because we were too tired. Vic just "had" to go this car-club meeting, the same way I "had" to go to the Urban Bazaar at Rockwell. While Vic was at the meeting at The Fort, the kids and I spent the morning lazing around. As soon as the kids woke up from their nap, we went to our Sunday lunch with my family in Marikina . They were dressed in the clothes they slept in. Haha . Marikina is my other home, if only I didn't have to go anywhere else, pambahay mode din ako . I didn't bother eating breakfast after the big dinner the previous night, so I was famished. Apparently, Vic was famished also. He had three helpings of chicken bbq . We didn't stay long. While I was searching for something to wear for the concert last Monday, I figured I needed something to perk it up. This is what I got. Isn't it lovely? It is even more affordable compared to other local brands.
