Wishing and Hoping

...that we'll be able to finalize the sale of one of our cars tomorrow. Someone, all the way from Pampanga, came to check out the car this afternoon. He said that he is checking it out for his boss. If he likes it, they will buy it tomorrow. The deed of sale has been prepared. However, until it is signed, I am not rejoicing. We've been stood up too many times.

...that Vic got me the top I asked him to get from the mall beside his office. I was going around the mall this afternoon after the meet-up with the potential buyer. I finally found a shirt that is cool (on the skin and on the eyes) enough to wear this summer. The thing is, they do not have it in my size. Good thing they have it in Eastwood.

...that I get a favorable response regarding my franchise application. I just heard from the representative this afternoon. She mentioned that my application was received by the Ms. HO. They just need to know the exact location. Gosh, I hope they still have space for me.

...that we'll be able to get our new car by the end of the week. If the sale is finalized, we'll be left with hubby's car. The kids and their yayas will be too cramped at the back.

I must've visited almost all reseller shops I've seen on the road.  I've noticed that these shops carry the top 3 popular ones:  Hermes, Chanel and Louis Vuitton.  There still are several pieces of Balenciaga, Valentino, Tory Burch, Celine, Gucci and Michael Kors but not as abundant as the top 3.  I guess what carries the most value are the three popular ones. If you are looking for cheap designer bags, I suggest checking out Don Quixote.  You will usually find on the topmost floors on Donki.  I think this is the one in Shinjuku. I am not so sure. You find them arranged like this or inside locked glass cabinets.  I'm sure the artisans who made these bags will tu...

Gratitude Calendar 2024

Today, I am grateful for the following: 1.  Time for prayer 2.  Convenience of travel and parking when we visited the cemetery 3.  Free lunch
