Soap Opera Stars

I don't normally watch soap operas. However, when I see trucks and vans lining up the streets of our subdivision, I can't help feeling excited. I am always on the look out for soap opera stars when I drive by. I've already had the luck of seeing several celebrities: Agot, Polo, John Pratts, Cherry Pie and Yayo. I have yet to see the "bigger" ones.

The movie of Aga, Maricel and Angelica P. was filmed a block away. We knew it was Aga and Maricel because of their personalized plates. They filmed it for three straight days. No luck.

When we failed to change the channel after the evening news tonight, we saw that the latest soap was shot in one of our nearby streets. I remember the time it was filmed. My husband and I drove by several times (not intentionally) and we didn't see anybody we recognize. Once again, we missed the opportunity to see Gabby and Claudine up-close. Okay, nevermind Claudine. I just wanted to see why Gabby kept on thanking Lucida. Bwahaha!

I must've visited almost all reseller shops I've seen on the road.  I've noticed that these shops carry the top 3 popular ones:  Hermes, Chanel and Louis Vuitton.  There still are several pieces of Balenciaga, Valentino, Tory Burch, Celine, Gucci and Michael Kors but not as abundant as the top 3.  I guess what carries the most value are the three popular ones. If you are looking for cheap designer bags, I suggest checking out Don Quixote.  You will usually find on the topmost floors on Donki.  I think this is the one in Shinjuku. I am not so sure. You find them arranged like this or inside locked glass cabinets.  I'm sure the artisans who made these bags will tu...

Gratitude Calendar 2024

I stumbled upon a "challenge" that I thought would be fun and something I can actually do.  I think this will help change my mindset and prepare me for the coming holidays.  Here goes.... Today, I am grateful for the following: 1.  Time for prayer 2.  Convenience of travel and parking when we visited the cemetery 3.  Free lunch
