It Isn't Funny

It rained heavily when I woke up. As usual, they suspended classes when the kids are already in school…after some (commuting) kids had to brave the rain and flood. A few hours later, the rain stopped. The sun shone.

I'm sure when it's my turn to pick my kids and get stuck in traffic on my way back, I won't find it amusing at all.

Can't PAG-ASA find the budget to get a more sophisticated equipment? The technology to forecast weather real-time has been existing for several years already. We can now tell if the hurricane is about to hit in the next minute. Why can't we have that here?
